Beyond openings and clicks, we have direct visibility into the effectiveness of our eCommerce initiatives. The conversion monitoring is also highly customizable, with the ability to feed in custom factors to see whether were selling so much from mobile versus desktop, for example.	Users wishing to do more with historical reporting across subaccounts.
The usability of the front end. The previous ESP was much more backend, which meant that everything we wanted to set up had to go through them. The wait time and frustration of not having total control over personal data were both annoying. We can do practically everything ourselves with iPost, and we may seek help with what you cant. iPost is considerably easier to use.	While reporting in iPost has progressed a long way, it still lacks flexibility and convenience of use. It takes a long time to pull data, mainly because our businesses are set up independently; we frequently have to build up tables or export data numerous times before compiling it. We would also prefer a more robust means of viewing our segmentation. For example, being able to code an email but reporting on the consumer level of the category they are a part of rather than simply the campaign level.
The flexible options and unlimited possibilities are what we enjoy best about iPost.	The odd details that vary from other ESPs are what we dislike the least about this device, but that is to be expected.
